Well I am getting a little better despite the fact that as we get farther in the season there will be more tough to call games...

We are not quite yet at 'Seperation Saturday' but clearly after today we will begin to have team eliminated from the Big Ten Race.

Easy Wins

Despite it's ability to make any game close, Michigan should easily handle Eastern Michigan today and would do well to get an early 14 pt lead and coast.

Michigan State faces NU and while the Wildcats played Michigan tough and held down Mike Hart for 3 qtrs, the combination of Thunder and Lightning of the MSU running game will allow MSU to jump out early, then force NU to pass a lot and Michigan showed how pourous their offensive line is against and attacking defense.

Not Quite as Easy but still Favorites Win

I am getting a vibe that Minnesota might pull an upset once this season but given this game is at Indiana, I have the Hoosiers winning today and moving closer to a Bowl bid.

Purdue is a better team than the past couple of seasons but realistically they haven't played anyone tough and Ohio State appears to be hitting its stride. The Boilermakers 5-0 mark will allow OSU coaches to have their kids focused today.

Penn State has to win today and so does Iowa. Iowa was suppose to rebound this season and PSU was suppose to continue strong after their bowl win last January. Two straight losses in conference have caused Penn State to have to win out to be in contention for the Rose Bowl or even a January bowl game.  It is in Happy Valley and Iowa looks very weak on offense. I pick Penn State to win something like 20-10.

Upset?

So I was wrong about the game outcome last week as the Illini won but I was correct about Juice Williams not playing well enough to win the game. His passing efficiency is low and he is still a young QB. That said, Wisconsin's defense has been surprisingly weak given the returnees and pre season hype. Vegas has the Illini at 3 pt favorites and I think this time I am going with Vegas and picking the Illini.

I will say this, if Wisconsin pulls out another close one, then I will say this  Badger team could be the new Craig Krenzel Buckeyes!
